i’m the behind-the-scenes right-hand woman you bring in when you’ve got a big vision, real traction, and the backend is being held together by tabs and good intentions.

i’m not here to hype you up, i’m here to hold the plan, get the moving parts under control, and make your business run smooth as butter, without you micro-managing a thing.

same. kind of. I don’t work with people who want to become tech experts. I work with people who want things to work… like:

someone buys, and they actually get what they need, without you manually sending 12 links,
clients feel looked after, not confused,
you’re not chasing invoices, rewriting emails at 10pm, or praying you didn’t miss a step.

Why i do this (and why it’s mostly about women)

my vision is to help female business owners create a business that feels good, because i want women to rule the world. genuinely.

i’m a strong feminist, and there’s honestly nothing i love more than watching women do what they love, create impact, and be recognised for their work, without it costing them their health, sanity, or whole life to build it.

honestly, this isn’t just about “tools” and “setups”. it’s about taking you from feeling stuck in the day-to-day to running a business that actually works for you.

The Club Women’s Network (aka my favourite kind of room)

this will be my third year on The Club Women’s Network Committee, helping with events, behind-the-scenes support, ops, and anything “how do we make this run properly” related. You know I can’t help myself.

And this year i’m also the host for Season 4 of their Podcast, coming out shortly, which is still a bit surreal. Likeeee…younger Kate would not have imagined that in a million years.

It’s been one of the biggest reminders that the right rooms change everything, when women back each other, share openly, and celebrate properly, everyone rises.

My Story (the short, honest version)

I’m from Cork (theeee best city + county in Ireland), and I’ve basically always been the organised one. I used to steal my dad’s big A4 diaries and play secretary, so this career path checks out.

I did international business + German at UCC, had no clue what I wanted to do, moved to Barcelona for a summer as an au pair for headspace and sunshine, then came home and ended up in dell.

In Dell I became the go-to person fast, especially when we moved from Oracle to Salesforce. I was the SME and the “give it to kate, she’ll figure it out” girl.

Later, I found my way into the online space, started in web design, discovered virtual assistance, and it all clicked. I’ve now worked with 50+ businesses, and I’ve seen the same thing again and again: most people don’t need more ideas; they need the backend to stop being the thing that makes everything harder.

My Working Rhythm

→ I’m very much a "let me try it and see" person. Clarity tends to come to me when I’m doing, rather than trying to force an answer out of my brain. I can move FAST when something clicks, but I also need space to pivot when something no longer fits. I’m never going to just accept things at face value - I need to test and tweak it myself (and usually find a better way of doing it!)

🔎 Enneagram 5

→ Emotionally invested, just… internally. Research is my love language. I will disappear into a rabbit hole and come back with a full system, a spreadsheet, and 17 solutions you didn’t know you needed.

☀️ Scorpio Sun

→ I’m not great at surface-level anything. I like depth, honesty, meaning, and conversations that actually go somewhere. I will absolutely ask "but why?" more than once. And I’ll usually pick up on the vibe before anyone says a word.

🌙 Taurus Moon

→ I love comfort, routine, good food, calm spaces, and when things feel steady. Give me a cosy blanket, snacks, and zero unnecessary drama.

⬆️ Aquarius Rising

→ I can come across a bit chill, observant, and slightly hard to read at first. I’m usually taking everything in before I feel safe enough to fully lean in… then the real personality comes out, and people realise I’m actually quite weird, funny, and extremely sarcastic.

🎨 Insights Discovery: Blue + Green

→ My brain loves structure, clarity, and knowing what’s going on. But I also care deeply about people and how things feel. So yes, I want the plan to make sense - and I want everyone to feel supported while we’re doing it.

📌 Type A with most things… but also somehow not

→ I’m very Type A with most things in my life, but I also spend half my time looking for my phone, I’m always late, and I’m so clumsy that I’m constantly hurting myself by accident. I’ve literally unlocked my car, sat into it, and started wondering where my keys were before realising they were still hanging out of the door. So yes - organised in theory, questionable in practice.

TL;DR

I like depth, honesty, cosy routines, and making things make sense.

Sharp brain, soft centre, and very nosy about how things work.

I’ll look calm while internally taking it all in.

Very Type A in theory - slightly rogue in practice.

My Framework

eliminate: we get rid of the pointless manual stuff and reduce how much the business relies on you remembering everything.

elevate: we tighten the client journey, so it feels premium and effortless, for them and for you.

integrate: we set it up so it keeps working long-term, not “works for a week then falls apart again”.
